The perceived service quality in higher education: An empirical study using the SERVPERF dimensions

چکیده

Students have become more concerned about their university selection and are demanding of the universities they chose. In this highly competitive environment, need to understand these expectations. This study examines how undergraduate students perceived service quality in higher education institution. To answer that question, a questionnaire was developed distributed amongst tourism hospitality Thailand. A variety statistical techniques used analyze 208 eligible responses. The results revealed year is significant factor on reported levels quality, whereas gender nationality were not. emphasizes consider student’s (e.g., age) when policymakers educators evaluate students’ needs education. article concludes by presenting implications for educators, policymakers, researchers.
